Board of Adjustments Meeting – Public Hearing
Date Posted: Tuesday, January 20th, 2026In accordance with the Frederica Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 3, Title 22 of the Delaware Code, the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Frederica will hold a Public Hearing in the Frederica Town Hall, 2 W. David Street, on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:30PM
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following variance applications from Michael S. Koppenhaver relating to signage at the proposed 7-Eleven site.
