Board of Adjustments Meeting
In accordance with the Frederica Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 3, Title 22 of the
Delaware Code, the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Frederica will hold a Public
Hearing in the Frederica Town Hall, 2 W. David Street, on FRIDAY, JUNE 28,
2024 at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following variance applications from
Ryan Homes related to the erection of signage, MAP # 8-08-141.12-02-99.00 & 8
08-141.10-04-99.00

Public Workshop for Pedestrian Improvements
The proposed improvements are consistent with action items included in the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. Proposed improvements include a shared use path along the west side of Frederica Road from the Senior Center to Front Street and a sidewalk along the east side of Frederica Road from David Street to Front Street with all way stops and pedestrian crossings of Frederica Road at David Street and Front Street.
