In accordance with the Frederica Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 3, Title 22 of the Delaware Code, the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Frederica will hold a Public Hearing in the Frederica Town Hall, 2 W. David Street, on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:30PM The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following variance applications from Michael S.     THE TOWN OF FREDERICA SOLICITATION OF CANDIDATES PUBLIC NOTICE MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 2026 FROM 12:00PM UNTIL 5:00PM   POSITIONS OPEN: One Council seat with a term of two (2) years One Mayor seat with a term of two (2) years Letters of Intent must be turned into the Council starting December 8, 2025 and no later than January 30, 2026. Town Hall will be open late on January 21, 2026 until 8:00 PM. Certification of Intention must be filled out online at  https://cfrs.elections.delaware.gov/Public/CertofIntentHelp and a copy submitted with the letter of intent to the Town of Frederica.
