The election will be held at the Frederica Fire Hall from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm. 1 Seat for Council and 1 Seat for Mayor each with a two (2) year term are up for election. WATER SHUT OFF DUE TO NON PAYMENT
Date Posted: Monday, August 15th, 2022Water Shut Off has started as of 10:00am to on 2/14/2024. Utility Accounts that have not paid have had the water service shut off. To have the water turned back on, the account has to be paid in full including the $50.00 turn on fee. If you are unsure of how much you owe, you can call Town Hall during business hours at (302) 335-5417. If you know how much you owe and it is during NON Business Hours, you can drop a payment off in the drop box in our front door or make a payment online.
No Need to Boil Water

View Your Utility Bill Online

You must first register, go to www.fredericade.igovservices.com or https://fredericade.igovservices.com, click on Register. User Type will be Customer. Enter your email address – Enter Password – Confirm Password – Complete the “I’m not a Robot” – Then click on Submit. An Email will be sent to you confirming your access.
Hydrant Flushing
Date Posted: Monday, March 14th, 2022We will be flushing hydrants Wednesday, March 16th and 17th. You may notice slightly yellow, orange or brown colored water. If this happens, simply run your cold tap water for 3 to 5 minutes. If the water is still discolored, wait 30 minutes and run the water again. This temporary discoloration only affects the appearance of the water – it does not cause a health or safety risk.
