The Town of Frederica will accept sealed bids for the purchase of a vacant lot located on Fourth Street, Frederica, DE 19946.
Lot is .07 Acres, 50’ wide by 60’ deep, and is zoned R-4 Residential.
Bids should be clearly mark FOURTH STREET LOT BID, and mailed or delivered to Frederica Town Hall, PO Box 294, 2 West David Street, Frederica DE 19946 on or prior to June 19, 2019. All bids will be opened by Mayor and Council at the regular meeting at 7:00 PM on June 19, 2019 at Town Hall.
The town holds the right to refuse any and all bids.
