Heather Imhof of the Delaware State Police Troop 3. It has been reported that throughout the State of Delaware there is a band of thieves going through communities checking for unlocked cars and taking valuables and merchandise. Please remember (and remind your community) to LOCK ALL VEHICLES!!! Even if your vehicle is outside and locked, be sure to remove all valuables and merchandise from sight.
